We have been in the digital imaging business for over 14 years, having converted hundreds of millions of pages from different source documents catering to a wide variety of clients from various industries. For example: Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Legal, Government and Telecommunications.

In addition to the above, Sri IIST Inc has partnered with several document management service bureaus in the US to offer our offshore processing and onshore scanning services. We believe that we are not competitors to anyone and we can compliment other service bureaus in their business ventures.

Infrastructure

All of our customer support centers consist of state-of-art high technology equipment, including High Speed Scanners, Large Size Scanners, Film/Fiche & X-Ray Scanners. Our Imaging Systems, FTP Servers, QC Stations are always updated with the newest version of software and scanning connectivity devices.

The offshore facilities include more than 450 data entry & QC stations, world class communication capability and high speed internet connections.

Needless to mention our scanning facilities and offshore locations are equipped with latest security devices, back-up servers, power generators to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients.

Quality

Sri sees quality and data accuracy as being of great importance. We guarantee our clients the highest level of accuracy up to 99.96%. The way we achieve this is by maintaining stringent checks on client data at all times during the imaging and keying processes. This form of checks and balances is part of a company-wide standard operating procedure. As a result, we are able to achieve and maintain a higher accuracy rate on single key entry work than many of our competitors’ cannot accomplish with double key entry. In the area of quality control, we have specific edits and validation tables which are customized by our 40 experienced programmers for each job.
